At the end of September 2006 the Hessle Road Network had a quarterly event at Boulevard Village Hall. Here we had stalls by various groups including Warmzone, the Community Wardens, the Drugs Awareness Team, Health Trainers,  Pooh Bear Reading Assistance Society, The Hull and Barnsley Railway Society and plenty more We had lots of local residents popping in and it seemed a success all round. Above is a photo of the day. Thanks to all who showed up and all who did a stall'

‘Every few months the Hessle Road Network organises events at other peoples venues. In January 2007 we organised a ' Meet Warmzone and Hearing Concern' at Selby Street Methodist Churches Monday Lunch. We publicised the event and it was very successful with 20 people signing up for help with Warmzone.
These photo’s show the lunch itself and Peter from Hearing Concern with the Hearing Concern van, which was parked outside the Church. It was a busy day for the Selby Street volunteers, but it went down well, and thanks to all who helped'
